Hexadius is looking for a graduate with minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience. Relevant experience may come from working with a consultancy, software vendor or B2B software/ consulting sales environment. Experience in selling or marketing cybersecurity services/ products would be an advantage.
The role will initially require sales and marketing function support, providing customer intelligence and market insight whilst having the confidence and professionalism to call and email prospective clients to help generate sales leads. Whilst this role will be client facing at times, the responsibility of this role is also to manage and enrich the data within our CRM system, whilst supporting and executing on marketing activities (from content creations to go to market launches), liaising directly with our dedicated global Marketing team.

Typical responsibilities will be ro support our business development and service offerings, and will include the following:
- Direct engagement with customers and prospective customers
- Prospect research and lead qualification
- CRM management (including data compliance management/ PDPA awareness)
- Conference support and event management
- Digital marketing and campaign execution (Hubspot)
- Creation and amendment of marketing content (Infographics, Guides, Videos, Podcasts)
- Sales and marketing analytics and reporting
- Development of Service-offering related collateral
The following attributes, while not mandatory, will be highly regarded:
- Direct engagement (multi-channel, including telephone) with customers and prospective customers at all levels
- Work experience in Solution Sales, ideally B2B in services, Marketing, ideally B2B
- Conversant in digital marketing tools (Hubspot desirable)
- Open to bringing and exploring fresh ideas to promote brand awareness
- Confident communicator and keen to call leads
- Multi-tasker
- Positive attitude
Whilst not mandatory, any hands-on experience in either selling, marketing or implementing, IAM, SAP security & GRC, VAPT and consulting, or solutions will be viewed positively. An understanding of end to end how to position a consulting service or software solution to a prospect would also be desirable. Any prior experience in B2B consulting, either internal or external, will also be a plus.
