Hexadius is looking for Project Managers with minimum 5 (five) years of relevant work experience. Relevant experience may come from working with a consultancy or end user organization.
Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cybersecurity projects delivered by Hexadius to its clients and will include managing the project team to ensure projects are completed on time and within their specified budgets.
Some of the day-to-day duties include:
- Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
- Managing resources for projects, including access to client’s resources, where required
- Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
- Proactively identifying risks that may impact the projects timelines, budget or deliverables
- Tracking deliverables status against the project plan and seeking timely client approval/ sign off of the deliverables
- Tracking project milestones (including billing milestones) and triggering billings accordingly
- Identifying deviation from agreed Scope of Work (‘SOW’) and managing Change Requests (‘CR’) as per the SOW
- Continuously obtaining client’s feedback
- Escalating project issues to Hexadius senior management
- Managing client relationship.

Whilst not mandatory, any hands-on experience in either managing or executing identity management, cybersecurity or risk/controls consulting, or software will be viewed positively, as will exposure to large IAM and SAP security solutions.
