Business Profile

Our client is a leading logistics company with worldwide presence. Hexadius was engaged to assist the company with deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ (‘IIQ’) Identity Governance & Administration (‘IGA’) solution 

Objective

Our client required assistance with the design, supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of an IGA system for the governance, administration and automation of identity and accesses across applications used within the company. 

Work Performed

Hexadius proposed solution was SailPoint IIQ (‘IIQ’), which is a full-featured IGA solution delivering Provisioning, Access Request, Access Certification, Policy Management, Password Management and Governance services for cloud, mobile, and on-premises applications.

The key components of the work performed by Hexadius were as follows:

  1. Installation – install Production (in High Availability (‘HA’) mode) and SIT systems.
  2. Requirements gathering – obtaining functional requirements and defining the technical requirements for implementation of IIQ.
  3. Application onboarding – onboarding target applications to IIQ as per scope in Main phase and Optional items of the project.
  4. Configuration – configure IIQ as per the requirements agreed.
  5. Testing – perform unit and System Integration Testing (‘SIT’); and support User Acceptance Testing (‘UAT’).
  6. Training – provide trainings to PSA designated IIQ system administrators.
  7. Deployment – deploy the IIQ into production environment (i.e., integration with applications as specified in tender scope).

After the completion of the deployment, Hexadius has been providing ongoing IIQ support and maintenance services.

  • Strengthened the clients’ cybersecurity posture
  • Automate the user lifecycle management including automated provisioning and deprovisioning for Joiner, Mover and Leaver
  • Automate periodic user access review
  • Enforce Segregation of Duties (‘SoD’) policies
  • Provide self-service access request including automated workflow for approval (and preventive SoD checks)
